I was looking for a laser welder, cutter and rust cleaner. I was contacted by Cyrielle and threw many days of texting info , I decided on the ALQH-2000 , three in 1 laser machine. Which so many scams on the internet now , I was concerned and did investigation on company and Cyrielle and decided to give it a try. Cyrielle was able to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease. I ordered the machine , paid the deposit and was informed the progress of the unit. When it was finished they sent videos of the unit and I completed payment. The unit took a few months to arrive in Canada and took 4 weeks to go threw customs , than finally I got a call from logistics to confirm delivery, after a few more weeks I received the unit. I contacted Cyrielle when I was setting up unit , he set up a chatroom on WhatsApp and invited the AccTec technicians to the chat. They sent me the info on how to hook unit up and how to operate it. Threw all this Cyrielle would answer my question
