Acctek is a overall good company but there is alot of room for improvement. You will definitely have to review and check everything they say and do. Make sure the terms of the contract are clear and written down! They will promise you the moon until you make the first deposit and then they change tact and come back on their word. There were extremely sever delivery delays. Certain elements on the machine did not work, were badly installed, or missing altogether. Be sure to keep records of all your conversations because they will dispute every issue you raise with Alibaba. Some of the techniciens that are supposed to help you can get impatient and even insulting.  Despite all of this, their qualities make up for their faults! Not once did they not make themselves available to solve the technical  issues with the product. Everytime I contacted them they replied as soon as their local time could permit. They are still assisting me today even after the sale is complete. I trust them.
